‘Fresh & Fast’ recipes have the same seasonal, fresh, quality ingredients but where possible they’ve been pre-chopped, par-cooked (e.g. potatoes, rice and couscous) and the proteins are pre-marinated - so there is less messy grating, rolling, crumbing and sauce making.
