Delivering to apartments

Let us put your mind at ease, we successfully deliver approximately 20% of our HelloFresh boxes to apartment buildings each week! 

There are a few Fresh Tricks to help your dinners arrive safe and sound:

  • Speak with your building manager about what measures they have in place for receiving deliveries on behalf of residents. 
  • Add delivery instructions to your HelloFresh account. These are printed on the box, this way, our customers can leave a message for the driver to follow if you are not home for delivery. For example, ''Please buzz unit 123 or try calling 0455 555 555. If not home please leave delivery in mail room" or "Use code XXX to enter building and place delivery at front door on Level 2."
  • If you select our nighttime delivery (12am-7am), please make sure there is somewhere safe for our drivers to leave your box. We won't buzz your apartment or call to disturb you while you're sleeping.

Our drivers are very accustomed to making these types of deliveries, and including specific instructions definitely helps them to get it right and deliver your box to you safely and securely.
