Can I cancel my Christmas Box delivery?

As we're working with local suppliers to source our ingredients, all purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment.

If you are already a HelloFresh customer, please be aware your regular meal box subscription will continue over the Christmas period, unless you choose to skip deliveries. Normal deadlines for these changes apply (by Tuesday 18th December 11:59PM AEST/AEDT for WA, SA, NT or by Wednesday 19th December 11:59PM AEST/AEDT for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC).
