Why was I charged?

HelloFresh is a subscription service, so every week you will receive a box unless you decide to skip a week. We charge our customers each Thursday, after our Tuesday (WA / SA / NT) and Wednesday (NSW / VIC / QLD) 11:59pm deadline. 

There's no minimum term and you can cancel anytime.
