Your first order is locked in once you've paid for it, so you'll need to get in touch to make any changes.

Our deadline to contact Customer Care is Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) week prior to your delivery. If you want to amend the details of your first order, you'll need to email our team.

Changes can also be made in your online account or in our app up until Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) prior to your next delivery.
