Our deadline to contact Customer Care is 4pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday the week prior to your delivery. If you want to amend the details of your first order, you'll need to email our team. If you'd like Customer Care to make any changes for all of your ongoing orders, please send us an email by 4pm (Sydney time) on the Wednesday - one of our friendly Customer Care agents will be in touch shortly.
Changes can also be made in your online account or in our app up until 11.59pm (Sydney time) on the Wednesday prior to your next delivery.
