I have received an invoice, what do I do?

This means we weren't able to process payment for a delivery you received. 

You can pay any outstanding payments in your online account on our website.

Simply log in, click on your name on the top right corner, go to 'Account Settings' and select 'Order history' on the left side of the screen.

You'll be able to see all unsuccessful payments right there and can easily pay for your deliveries by clicking "Pay Now". You'll also be able to update your payment method right there if needed.

Alternately, simply follow the instructions on the invoice, just don't forget to include the reference number.
