Has my voucher been applied?

There are a few things to check to make sure your voucher has applied:

  • If you're brand new to HelloFresh: check if the voucher applied by having a look at your Confirmation email to review the charge applied.
  • If you're reactivating your account: welcome back! You can login to your HelloFresh account, head to 'Account Settings' and then click on 'Gifts and discount codes'. You will see your voucher code applied!
