Reactivating my subscription

We are so happy to hear you're coming back to HelloFresh! To reactivate your subscription, just go to your online account, select the subscription you wish to reactivate and select the ‘Reactivate now’ button.

Once you've reactivated, please update your payment and shipping details in your account to ensure we are sending your box to the correct address. Welcome back!

You can also reactivate your subscription via the HelloFresh app:

1.     Login to your HelloFresh account on the app.
2.     Click 'My menu' at the bottom.
3.     Select 'Reactivate now' next to the subscription you want to restart.
