To change your delivery address online, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your HelloFresh account
- Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username
- Head to 'Delivery Address & Schedule' and click 'Edit'
- Update the delivery address and press save
Just make sure you update your order before our 11.59pm (Sydney time) Tuesday (for NT, WA, SA) and Wednesday (for NSW, VIC, QLD) deadline, the week before your next delivery.
If you put an incorrect address for your first delivery, please get in touch with Customer Care so that they can update it. The details for the first order must be manually changed by one of our agents.
To change your address via the HelloFresh app:
1. Go to 'My Menu'
2. Select the Settings icon at the top right of the page - this will bring up your delivery settings
3. Select the address you wish to edit and make changes
4. Click 'Save'
