To change your delivery address online, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your HelloFresh account
- Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username
- Head to 'Delivery Address & Schedule' and click 'Edit'
- Update the delivery address and press save
Please make sure to update any changes before Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) the week prior to your next delivery. If you'd like Customer Care to make the changes on your behalf, please call us by 4pm AEST/AEDT respectively. If you put an incorrect address for your first delivery, please get in touch with Customer Care so that they can update it. The details for the first order must be manually changed by one of our agents.
To change your address via the HelloFresh app:
1. Go to 'My Menu'
2. Select the Settings icon at the top right of the page - this will bring up your delivery settings
3. Select the address you wish to edit and make changes
4. Click 'Save'
