To change your delivery address online, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your HelloFresh account
- Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username
- Head to 'Delivery Address & Schedule' and click 'Edit'
- Update the delivery address and press save
Please make sure to update any changes before 11.59 pm (Sydney time) on the Wednesday prior to your delivery to give us enough time to process the new information. If you'd like Customer Care to make any changes on your behalf, please get in touch by 4pm (Sydney time) on the Wednesday. If you put an incorrect address for your first delivery, please get in touch with Customer Care so that they can update it. The details for the first order must be manually changed by one of our agents.
To change your address via the app:
1. Go to 'My Menu'
2. Select the Settings icon at the top right of the page - this will bring up your delivery settings
3. Select the address you wish to edit and make changes
4. Click 'Save'
