Simply place your account on pause using our flexible online order calendar by Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) the week prior to your next delivery. Account changes can be made online or through the app. If you'd like Customer Care to make changes on your behalf, please get in touch by 4pm (Sydney time) Wednesday.
