We know that life is unpredictable and sometimes you can't always guarantee being in the same place each week. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery address through our login area. Some customers even have their boxes sent to their holiday destinations.
Just follow these steps;
1. Login to your HelloFresh account on the app.
2. Click on the 'My menu' tab at the bottom of the page and select the subscription you'd like to change
3. Click on the settings cog at the top right hand side of the menu page (Delivery settings) and then select 'Address' to make the necessary changes
Just make sure any changes to your subscription are made on your online account by Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) the week prior to your next delivery. If you'd like Customer Care to make the changes on your behalf, please call us by 4pm AEST/AEDT respectively.
