We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time.
Just follow these steps;
1. Login to your HelloFresh account
2. Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username
3. Head to 'Delivery address & schedule' and click 'Edit'
4. Select "Delivery Windows", choose your delivery day and press save
5. Check your inbox for your confirmation email
To change your delivery day via the HelloFresh app:
1. Login to your HelloFresh account on the app.
2. Click on the 'My menu' tab at the bottom of the page and select the subscription you'd like to change
3. Click on the settings cog at the top right hand side of the menu page (Delivery settings) and then select 'Delivery window' to make the necessary changes.
Just make sure you update your order before our 11.59pm (Sydney time) Tuesday (for NT, WA, SA) and Wednesday (for NSW, VIC, QLD) deadline, the week before your next delivery.
