Change the day my box is delivered

We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time.

Just follow these steps;

1.     Login to your HelloFresh account.
2.     Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username.
3.     Head to 'Delivery address & schedule' and click 'Edit'.
4.     Select "Delivery Windows", choose your delivery day and press save.
5.     Check your inbox for your confirmation email.

Don't forget that all changes must be made by 11.59pm (Sydney time) the Wednesday prior to your next delivery.
