Updating my payment details

Changing your payment details is quick and easy through our secure login area.

On the website just follow these steps:

1.     Log in to your HelloFresh account
2.     Click on 'Settings' under your username at the top right-hand side of the page
3.     Scroll down to 'Payment information'
4.     Select 'Edit'

On the App:

1. Log in to your HelloFresh account
2. Click on 'My menu' on the bottom menu bar, then select your subscription
3. Click on the cog (Delivery Settings) at the top right-hand side of the screen
4. Scroll down to Payment method (a new screen will load)
5. Select 'Edit'

Once you've updated your card, all future payments will be taken from the new details added to our system. If you have more than one subscription (like a meal box and a fruit box) you will need to manage these accounts separately. Just make sure you update your order before Tuesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for WA, SA, NT) or by Wednesday 11:59PM AEST/AEDT (for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC) the week prior to your next delivery.
